Both WOODLANDS premises are situated in the heart of Kent's
beautiful countryside. Set in several acres of woodland and fields, we offer the perfect
environment for accommodating animals. Close to Bromley, Croydon, Gatwick and
the M25, we are ideally situated for clients living in Central London and the South East.
Accommodation
Our modern kennels and cattery provide
individual heated accomodation, and close companions can share as required.
Day Care
Our staff are allocated client's
pets individually, and provide one-to-one attention. Feeding is carried out to
accommodate each animal's regular diet. We stock most branded pet foods and can
cater tor special/medical diets, with advance notice. Toys and treats are
provided for each animal. Each kennel block has a sound system which plays
either radio or relaxation tapes daily. Dogs have access to outside covered
exercise runs during the day and are also walked twice a day in the grounds (woods and open fields).
Cats have access to their outside covered exercise runs at all times.
Medical Care
Animals requiring special attention such as
drugs, treatments or special housing can be accommodated, but we require prior
notification from the client or their vet. Emergency veterinary care is
provided 24 hours each day.
Grooming
We provide a comprehensive grooming service for
boarders and non-boarders.

Transportation
We operate a collection and delivery service
during weekdays. This is generally a morning service operating from Central
London Southwards.

| Hours of opening | Monday to Saturday 9am - 12.30pm and 1.30pm - 5pm. Open Bank Holidays except for Christmas, Boxing and New Years Day. Closed each Sunday. |
| Viewing | We positively encourage viewing from all prospective clients, Monday to Saturday 11am -12.30pm and 1.30pm - 4pm. |
| Arrivals | When booking into reception, please ensure that dogs are kept on their leads and cats arrive in secure containers. |
| Vaccinations | All vaccinations must be up to date. Certificates of vaccination must be produced on arrival. Dogs must be protected from Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis and Parvovirus. "Kennel Cough" protection is strongly recommended. Cats must be protected from Feline Enteritis and Cat 'flu. |
| Payment | Is due on arrival. We accept cash, cheques or Mastercard and Visa cards (min. £25). Please note that both arrival and departure dates are payable at the full daily rate. |
| Insurance | Each animal is insured for emergency veterinary fees up to £50.00 for the period of their stay. This cover is for conditions contracted in our care, and not existing conditions prior to boarding. |
| Personal Items | Can be left with your pets (toys, blankets, favourite treats etc.) but are left at clients risk. Bean bags cannot be left as they are prone to splitting. N.B. Beds, bedding and bowls are provided by ourselves. |
